As you know, we guranatee you a full 6% commission on any short sale you present to us that we purchase, while we do all the negotiating. So, if the lender is offering 4-5%, we will make up the difference, but....

Up here in IL about two miles from the WI border, I am looking at a possible "spring" snow storm of 4-6 inches and being about a half mile west of Lake Michigan, we often exceed the forecasts!
